Friends of Felines is committed to the well-being of each cat and kitten entrusted to our care and our adoption process is designed to select the best match for each cat or kitten and their future family.
We do not discriminate potential adopters based on ethnicity, race, age, gender or income.
We will require approval from your landlord or property manager before you can proceed with an adoption if you rent your residence.
We adopt our cats & kittens into indoor only homes. If you are looking for an outdoor cat or a working cat, please let us know.
We stand firmly against declawing of cats and kittens, declawing is the unethical and elective surgical amputation of a cat's toes.
Adoptions are not started or processed after 5:00 PM daily.
We reserve the right to refuse adoption to any applicant.
ALL adopters must be 18 years of age verified by a valid photo ID. We will not adopt to anyone adopting on behalf of someone else, or gifting the animal to someone else.
ALL animals in the home are required to be spayed or neutered. We will not adopt to anyone with intact animals in the home.
We DO NOT adopt kittens (cats under 6 months old) into single pet homes. Kittens must be going home with another kitten, or to a home that already has another cat or cat-friendly dog.
We will not adopt more than two cats at once to any adopter and no more than two cats in six months to one household. Adoption fees are non-negotiable.
